Return and Refund Policy

Digital Products

We do not offer returns on digital products under any circumstance.

As soon as you purchase an e-book or audiobook, it is instantly delivered to your inbox. There is no way for our automated system to return it.

We have this policy in place to protect our author and her hard work.

The only exception is if you accidentally purchase a duplicate digital item. In that case, we can refund you if a request is made within 48 hours of purchase.

If you purchased a digital book and can't find it, please ensure you're checking the right email and check your spam folder.

If you find nothing, please check your BookFunnel library. You can find this at my.bookfunnel.com. Your email is your login.

You can also install the BookFunnel app to log into your BookFunnel library.

If you still cannot find your book, contact BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com. They have a talented technical support team that is more than willing and able to help you.

Physical Products

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and offer a 100% refund in the event that a damaged or faulty item is delivered.

In the case of a return, all goods must be unopened, unused, and undamaged, and include proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, email judith@barrettbookshop.com with the subject line of "Returns" and provide your order number, name, and reason for return.

We will provide instructions on where to send the returned goods, and we recommend you get proof of postage in case the package gets lost.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping on returned items. After the item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the status of your refund.

If your refund request is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly afterwards.
